Computer systems for sprayer automation ensure automatic maintenance of the pesticide working-liquid application rate when the speed of the tractor-and-implement unit changes. They may be equipped with an integrated navigation system.
At present, we can offer alternatives to the well-known Italian brand "Arag" (Italy) including both budget-friendly Chinese options and fully functional systems from Russian and Belarusian manufacturers.
Equipment:
- computer (control unit) installed in the tractor cab;
- liquid flow meter;
- sprayer travel speed sensor;
- actuator for regulating liquid flow (usually by adjusting liquid pressure in the pressure system);
- actuators for monitoring the operation of sprayer boom sections;
- actuator for shutting off the sprayer boom (main system valve);
- wiring kit for connecting all components to the tractor’s on-board electrical system (12 V);
- filter.
