Filling units TOPAZ-10S and TOPAZ-5/5S are designed for preparing agrochemicals, transporting them, and filling sprayers. They are plastic tanks mounted on a chassis (one or two tanks of 5 m³ each). They are operated with tractors of the traction class 2.0.
Modifications:
- TOPAZ-5 — equipped with one 5 m³ tank;
- TOPAZ-5S/10S — additionally equipped with a pump for preparing suspensions.
The filling units can operate with all pesticides approved for use in the form of solutions, emulsions, and suspensions.
Advantages:
- semi-trailer with bogie suspension and pneumatic brakes;
- control panel and 5 operating modes (self-filling, discharge, mixing, etc.);
- centrifugal pump with gasoline engine (Hypro, United Kingdom) or equivalent;
- hydraulically operated filling boom with a lifting and rotation mechanism;
- induction hopper 80 l (Polmac, Italy) and jet mixing device;
- suction line with block filters and level gauges;
- process platform, tank for washing hands and parking jack;
- residual liquid drainage system with control handles on top of the tanks;
- safety cables and on-board light signaling.
Additional options:
- diaphragm-piston pump driven from the PTO;
- rinsing system (600 l tank);
- reel with a 50 m hose and spray gun.
