Belts variable-speed

Variable-speed belts form their own functional group and are used in special devices (variable-speed drives), which designed for stepless and smooth changing gear ratio in power transmissions.

Consist from several layers, made from synthetic fibers, wrapping fabric and rubber and are distinguished by excellent operating performance:

• the ability to use in conditions temperature from -30^oC to +80^oC;
• uniform distribution load on belt thanks to the presence of transverse cord;
• resistance to abrasion, to exposure dust and oils;
• antistatic properties;
• long service life;
• transmitted power to 85 kW.

Variable-speed belts are available three types:

• wrapped (or smooth);
• cogged (or cut-edge);
• double (equipped teeth with both sides).
