Equipment for Potato Treatment
Potato Treatment - one of the key technological operations that increases yield and reduces the cost of subsequent control of diseases and pests.
Today, the method of treating tubers directly during planting is widely used. The equipment consists of a metering module and a technological kit.
Remkom specialists have developed both universal metering modules and models for specific planters. The modules can be mounted either on a tractor or directly on the agricultural machine. The technological kits make it possible to install the working units in front of or behind the furrow opener group, or directly in the planter hopper.

- SDK-1 - for Lidselmash potato planters (Belarus);
- SDK-2 - universal module for potato planters of any model;
- SDK-3 - universal module installed on the front frame of an MTZ-80/82 tractor;
- SDK-4 - for Lidselmash potato planters (Belarus) when simultaneously applying two incompatible types of pesticides;
- SDK-6.3 - universal module with two spray systems (8 nozzles);
- SDK-8 - for treatment on sorting tables;
- SDK-10.1 - universal module for applying microgranulated products such as "Regent-20" during potato planting.

Installation points:
- №1 - in front of the tuber conveyor housing;
- №2 - on the rear side of the furrow opener group or inside the hopper.

Advantages:
- minimization of product losses due to localized treatment;
- significant reduction in labor intensity thanks to combining planting and treatment operations;
- use of a 12 V electric diaphragm pump;
- three-stage filtration system (basket filter, fine filter, individual filters in the shut-off devices);
- stepless adjustment of the application rate using a low-flow regulator with a glycerin-filled pressure gauge;
- low capital investment and, as a result, fast payback.
For ordering you need to specify the equipment code, consisting of the metering module number and the technological kit number.
