The membrane shut-off device (nozzle body) is intended for equipping field boom sprayers in order to mount the nozzle, provide filtration, and prevent working solution from draining out of the boom manifold after the pump drive is switched off.
Advantages:
- all plastic parts are made of glass-fiber reinforced polyamide;
- the membrane and sealing ring are molded from chemically resistant rubber;
- the filter element with 0.25×0.25 mm mesh size is made of stainless mesh by resistance welding;
- the body is attached to the bracket on the boom by means of an M16 nut.
